Each week, you’ll receive:

  • a short, calming mindfulness audio - recorded by Henny, just for this space
  • a carefully crafted Flow Journaling prompt - to guide your own reflections

No pressure. No overwhelm. No need to keep up.

Just a steady rhythm of calm and connection - wherever you are, in whatever space you're in.

Not at all. The audio is there to help you settle. The prompt will gently guide your writing. There’s no right way to do this.

You’ll receive your content directly via email or podcast feed. There’s no comment section, group chat, or forum - just you and your own rhythm. If you ever want to share reflections or questions, you’re welcome to reply to the email directly.

    How do I access the private podcast?
Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a link to add the private feed to your podcast app. It’s very simple - and you’ll also get weekly emails with the same content if you prefer to listen and read there.

    Can I join later?
