Hey lovely Reader
This week I found myself reaching for a journal I haven’t opened in years - the very first one I wrote in when Flow Journaling was becoming a regular practice for me.
I opened it at random and landed on Day 21.
And reading it now… I can feel the woman I was back then. I can see the threads of how I work today, how I live today - all beginning to take shape.
In this episode, I share that entry, and reflect on the spirals we move through in this inner work. How our journey isn’t linear. How our journaling can form a kind of map - showing us the paths we've travelled.
And I touch on how much tenderness can live in the act of simply sitting with ourselves in the pages of our journal.
Looking Back with Love (S17E3)
There’s a lot in here - thoughts on meditation, self-compassion, the deep longing we carry for safety - for ourselves, and for others.
If you’ve ever doubted the value of your words or wondered if you’re making progress, this one may resonate with you.
May we all be happy. May we all be safe. May we all be well. May we all live with ease.
With love
PS: There's still time to join our next group coaching & Flow Journaling course: Mindfully Moving From Lack to Abundance. A small group of wonderful souls will be gathering for 4-weeks, from Thursday 10 July.
