Over the past few weeks, I’ve been exploring the theme of abundance - not in the glossy, idealised way we sometimes see it presented, but in its truest form: A way of seeing and responding to life that’s rooted in trust, presence and self-worth.
What I’ve noticed - in myself, in others - is how easily a sense of lack can quietly shape our thoughts and choices. Not enough time. Not enough money. Not enough rest, love, attention, value.
It’s a deeply human experience - and it’s why I’m offering a new 4-week group coaching and Flow Journaling course this July:

You’ll also receive a weekly PDF with journaling prompts, practical tools, and reflections to deepen the work between sessions.
