Hey lovely Reader
Connection can be one of those words we use so often that it’s easy to assume we all know what it means, and how to do it. My sense is we instinctively understand it's important for us to connect with others, with the natural world... and with our Self too.
So when someone in our community gently asked, what if we don’t know how to connect with ourselves?, the question stayed with me.
It took me back to a moment, many years ago, when a simple question from a nutritionist made me realise how disconnected I’d become from my own body.
In this week’s episode I share a little of that, and some of the very simple, very basic things that helped me begin to stitch myself back together, one gentle, tender thread at a time.
I also read something I wrote for my book Letters of Love - written to my body by the fire one evening. I remember writing it so vividly, and reading it aloud again moved me more than I expected.

This episode come with a question. A point of genuine curiosity... How do you (re)connect with your Self? If something comes to you, I would love to listen.
May we all be safe, well and happy. May we all find our places of connection.
With love
