Digging deep into The Field (S20E2)

Hey lovely Reader

This week I opened The Field.

It's been sitting quietly in my heart for a very long time - five or six years, if I'm honest. And what I've learned through nurturing this idea is that sometimes the most important work happens when we stop pushing and allow something to ferment in its own time.

The Field is a held space for people navigating change - whatever that change may be, wherever you are in the process.

It's not a course teaching a methodology. It's not a programme following a fixed path. It's not a community solving each other's problems.

It's you doing your work. Others doing theirs. Holding space for each other.

In this week's podcast, I share what it's been like to create The Field - the doubt, the fear, the clarity that emerged when I stopped trying to force it. The messy middle, and what I learned about holding space for myself through it all.

Listen to this week's episode, on the Henny Flynn podcast.

If you're curious about The Field itself - what happens there, who it's for, and how to join - you can find out more here...

Season 1 begins May 1st: Standing in Your Own Space.

We'll explore self-expression, boundaries, and the vulnerability boomerang - how to hold space for your whole self when you've stepped outside your conditioned norms.

May we all feel safe. May we all feel happy. May we all feel well. May we all live with ease.

With love

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there. - RUMI
