I love how things can arise to support us, in the moment we most need them.

I'm holding some complexity in my life right now and over the past few weeks I've experienced great kindnesses and moments of profound gratitude. Things that have helped (and continue to) resource me, so I am able to continue attending to the things that also call me.

It's this balance in life that speaks to the reality of our experience. Finding our own ways to hold the joy and the pain, with compassion.

On Saturday 23 May I'll be co-hosting a beautiful online retreat day.

All about Nourishing the Nervous System, it is designed to help us each understand our own response to times of sudden stress, feelings of anxiety and the daily challenges we all face. It also offers practical techniques and tools to anchor into what resources you.

As usual, we are offering two pricing options, depending on what works best for you - both offer the same experience.
