I've just spent a year in the company of a small group of curious travellers.
Together we have immersed in The Heart of Change - exploring how to create and navigate change. Seeing from different perspectives, honouring each person's unique experience.
Today saw our final gathering, and I'm still carrying so much of what we shared. Now I'm opening the doors for a new group, beginning on Friday 20 November.
There are times in all our lives when something feels like it's changing - even if we can't yet name what it is.
We may feel tangled in old patterns that we’re getting ready to sort through. Perhaps carrying stories, woven through our beliefs, that we're willing to rewrite. Or maybe we’re simply curious about what becomes possible when we start listening more deeply - and stop trying to ignore what's nudging at us.
Immerse offers a space to explore the inner narratives that shape how you respond to change - and to gently begin rewriting the ones that no longer feel like yours.
Over the year, you'll have:
- 12 live monthly group coaching sessions (75 minutes each)
- A welcome pack to guide you into the work, including your copy of my book The Heart of Change - the foundation of our journey
- Session notes with prompts and reflective practices
- Email and direct message access to me between sessions
- A private group space on Circle, for support and connection
The year is £695, with a supported rate of £595. Monthly payments are there if spreading the cost feels helpful.
The work is deep - but it need not be heavy.
