A complete technical breakdown...
I'd recorded a really lovely episode for this week - very reflective, lots of interconnecting woven thoughts. And when I went back to listen, it sounded like it was voiced by AI. Completely bizarre. I couldn't fix it.
So, I began again.
But, oh, it was so hard to regather all the threads of thought. Impossible in fact.
So, I truly began again.
And pulled an old journal from the bookshelf beside me to see what wisdom she had to offer.
I opened it at random, and read what I found. It grounded me - and felt like a beautiful lesson. After all that techy, up-in-my-head-ness of trying to rescue that lost file, I saw that this was what today's episode needed to be.

The Parts That Are Asking to Be Seen
I'm not sure what to write today. I feel perhaps my energy is focused on staying grounded and present, so I am clear and calm and kind throughout the day. It's a beautiful mantra and it has served me well. Thank you for helping me find those words in the time that I needed them most.
It is so interesting how when we are in that heightened triggered state, it is the part of us that we most find uncomfortable who comes into play. Have we perhaps been suppressing them and then open the gates? Or maybe it is the part that our Higher Self has superseded. But neither of those feel right.
