The Self-Care Bank - Resilience part 1 (S20E8)

Hey lovely Reader

This week we're continuing our exploration of resilience, looking more deeply at the role of our Self-Care Bank... the idea being that we all have one.

When resilience first became a buzz word around the office corridors of my old corporate life, I found it a deeply unpleasant concept. It seemed to simply be another way to criticise people who were already struggling.

Since then I've worked a lot on what it truly means, how we access it and what resources us sufficiently to be able to maintain it. I even included a chapter on it in my book The Heart of Change - because I came to understand that compassionate resilience can be one of our greatest allies.

So, I offer up this episode to see what resonates for you. Have a listen on the Henny Flynn podcast.

What fills your Self-Care Bank? What depletes it? And what can help you notice when it needs topping up?

May we all be safe, happy and well. May we all live with ease. May we all be resourced.

With love
