Hey lovely Reader
There's something beguiling for me about the idea that the only constant in life is change.
That despite our best (very human) attempts to control and manage what happens - perhaps out of a desire for safety or certainty - things continue to change within and around us.
This can feel alarming. We all know change can feel so hard, maybe even impossible, to navigate at times. And... as we begin to gather different tools and knowledge and experience, things can begin to ease.
It doesn't make change easy... but it can make it feel a little easier.
Chances are there are things ending and beginning in your life.
Some you may have sought, some may feel they're happening around you. They may feel subtle or seismic. Some may be laced with pain, some may be stuffed full of joy.
They might include where and how you work, a relationship beginning or shifting toward completion, moving house, transitioning life stages, deep inner revelations, consciously moving on from habits, behaviours, beliefs that no longer serve you - finding new practices that truly nourish your soul.
These are all times of profound change.
Whatever the change, and wherever you are within it - just starting out or striding your way into whatever comes next - having a place to pause can be vital. A place to recognise your wisdom within, to build upon it, and to reflect with others.
The challenge is that we often by-pass much-needed rest or ignore opportunities to connect. Perhaps in the name of independence, or a story that we just need to push on through.
In these times, The Field becomes a centre point. The space of compassionate self-enquiry and intentional change.
Each season sees new focal points, every one of them resonant to all forms of change. Every one of them shared without pressure to perform. Spacious, adult-to-adult, reflective and mindful. Where the whole of you is welcome.

To find out more, join me on Thursday 23 April at 7pm (UK). We'll explore a practice together that helps you sense where you are in your own process of change. This is freely offered and will be recorded.
If you're curious about how to ease your pathway through whatever change you are facing into, this is the place.
With love
PS: As I write this, a butterfly keeps landing on the beaded curtains over the stable door where I work. Perhaps our most beautiful reminder of what can happen when we allow ourselves to move through change in our own perfect way.
