I'd planned to send a short note out today, letting you know there's still time to book onto the Finding Flow journaling sessions (first one on the 21st of this month).
Then I saw the news.
And my energy slumped.
And all I wanted to do was fall into a spiral of why's and what now's.
So I walked the fields instead.
And I remembered that in the midst of difficult things our best path, always, is to turn toward ourselves and support each other... with love.
Whatever you're feeling from today's election result, there is beauty in the world.
