Embracing inner abundance

Hey lovely Reader

I've been thinking a lot recently about the distinctions between lack and abundant mindsets. And some of the challenges we can face when we seek to shift from one to the other.

It's sparked the latest blog post, where I explore the powerful feelings behind these mindsets...

Mindfully moving from lack to abundance

When you hear words like 'lack' and 'scarcity', what do they prompt within you? Or how does the idea of 'abundance' feel?

When we move beyond the words and sink a little deeper, we might start to see they can hold stories for us - perhaps linking to familiar patterns of thought or mindsets we might unconsciously be holding.

If you're curious to explore your own relationship with abundance and lack, our next 4-week group coaching course could be a beautiful place to begin (or deepen) your reflections.

We begin on Thursday 10th July for 4-weeks, 12.00–1.15pm (UK). You can find all the details and book your place here:

These short lunchtime courses are proving to be beautiful, accessible spaces for the self-work... in community with a small supportive group.

I’m also hosting a free event on Thursday 12th June at 7pm (UK) to help shift from lack to abundance - if you’d like to join, there are still a few spaces left. You can book your space here.

Our approach through all this work is to be: calm, kind, clear. For me it speaks to abundance - the willingness to know that these qualities are always here for us.

It's a mantra I've used for many years and I realised this morning that it describes this work so beautifully. Expect to see me using it in other places!

With love

P.S. Feel free to reply if you have any questions about whether this course is right for you. I’d be happy to chat it through.
