Embracing Wintering: A Journey of Self-Reflection and Creating a Heart's Sanctuary (S15E8)
My own experience of Wintering through the past few months (I don't think it's limited to this time of year), and listening to the experiences of others, has inspired this invitation to explore the natural rhythm of energy that guides us between vibrant creativity and peaceful quietude.
Reflections include:
What may guide or inform this experience of Wintering; the natural seasons, the cycles of the moon or our own inner rhythms
The profound wisdom in accepting silence and stillness as part of our internal landscape
A journal entry, written several years ago, which captures part of this essence of Wintering
