Hey lovely Reader
For the past few weeks, I’ve been working quietly on some new offerings.
You might have heard me touch on this in the podcast - including thinking I was ready to emerge… and then returning myself to the imaginal cells in the goo of the creative chrysalis. Change is like this at times, of course. We begin, we retreat, we begin again.
Well, I’m finally ready to begin to share.
It’s exciting and a little scary, as these things so often are.
Holding ourselves lightly
All of these offerings are rooted in one guiding principle:
Holding ourselves, each other, and this Work lightly.
It’s my response to a longing for lightness I’ve been noticing - in myself, in the people I work with, and in the world around us.
Maybe it’s something you’re seeking too?
When we’re surrounded by profoundly challenging events, this kind of inner Work can feel… almost meaningless. Or too much to take on. Too heavy.
But for me, it feels even more essential. It’s how we keep showing up with compassion. How we keep finding ways to act, where we can.
How we remember:
- The only place we have true autonomy is within ourselves.
- The love we nourish inside ripples outward.
- This Work can be deep without becoming heavy.
And so, here’s what’s coming:
1. A piece of quiet - a new private space, offering a weekly pause.
A moment of respite from the noise and overwhelm. A moment of stillness, calming the heart and mind. I’ll share more shortly - with a special early invitation, just for those already in this community.
2. A brand-new way of working together - a year-long group coaching journey
This builds on the depth and joy of the short group courses some of you have joined. It’s a way to go deeper over time, in a small group, with space for the real Work to unfold. If you’re curious and would like to hear the full plan (and possibly join the first group), just reply to this email and let me know.
3. And… LoveWords are almost here
These modern oracle cards have been with me for some time now. Deceptively simple. Quietly wise. I’ve used them with clients, friends, and in my own practice for the past couple of years. I can’t wait to finally place them into your hands.
