You might have heard me hint at something new forming behind the scenes... and in this week’s podcast, the first in a brand new season, I’m opening the door a little wider.

But! Before diving into that...

I just want to acknowledge we've now published 173 episodes. Blimey! And I say 'we' even though it's strictly speaking 'me', because this feels like such a joint effort. There's no podcast without listeners, and all that.

When I began the podcast nearly five-years ago, I had no idea it would still be going now. And in a way that links rather beautifully with this episode, because I was SO nervous when I first began recording. You can hear it in my voice in the early episodes. Tremulous. Apologetic. Tentative.

So this episode isn’t a launch about the 'new' thing I'm creating, it's an honest reflection on what it means to bring something into the world - especially when doubt is whispering in your ear.

I talk about:

• How we can reclaim our power by naming our worries
• A journaling prompt that surprised me with its wisdom
• Why the things we most need are often what we end up creating

That last point resonates SO deeply with me.
