The threads we weave
Hey lovely Reader
This week’s episode arrived without a plan - simply a choice to allow what wanted to come through.
What emerged was a flowing reflection on connection, endings and love - and how these invisible threads shape our lives.
In this gentle, meandering episode I explore:
- The beautiful web of connection that links us across time and space - and the breadth of people across the world who listen to the podcast (it feels astonishing to me)
- How our bodies hold the memories of our feelings, and how we can conjure the sensations embedded in connection
- What it means to know when something has reached its natural end... not getting lost in rules we may have set
- The practice of curating what we consume - with care for our energy
- How simple acts like gazing at the view can be one of the many ways to tell yourself I love you
As I write this message to you, it feels like a vast episode and yet, when I was speaking, I felt my own energy shift - from many thoughts to calm - and I hope it brings a sense of that for you too.
Listen to the episode here, or on your favourite podcast app.
May you and your loved ones be safe, happy and well. May we all live with ease.
With love
